For example, in March 2000, H.M. The Queen travelled from Heathrow to Australia and ITS staff were assigned to security screen and expedite personal baggage arriving from the Royal Household, and to attend the Qantas Flight Kitchens to ensure that there had been no interference with the catering. Previous Clients include the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and the Governments of the USA and the Russian Federation.
